Recap – ITE’s First General Meeting

On Thursday, October 3, ITECPP held its 1st General Meeting of the 2013-2014 School Year. The Guest Speaker was Zaki Mustafa, P.E., the Principal Programs Engineer with the City of Los Angeles and the International President of ITE. In his presentation, Mr. Mustafa informed the audience about the Los Angeles Department of Transportation, as well as facts about Los Angeles County. Mr. Mustafa also spoke about his journey from being a student at Cal Poly Pomona to the position he holds today, and gave tips such as polishing the resume, looking professional, and joining professional organizations. He emphasized, “Anything is possible, as long as you work hard and get the job done.”
