Rob Kilpatrick is a Project Director and Associate of Hall & Foreman, Inc. (HFI) in its Victorville office. HFI, founded in 1961, provides civil engineering, surveying, and land planning services to both public sector and private sector clients. The firm has four southern California offices and is based in Tustin.
Rob is a native Californian, born and raised in Buena Park. Rob earned his BSCE from Cal Poly Pomona in 1984. At Cal Poly Pomona Rob was active in both the ASCE and ITE Student Chapters, where he served in officer positions in both clubs. Rob is licensed in California with registrations in both Civil and Traffic Engineering.
During his 30-year engineering career, Rob has managed design teams for a variety of large-scale land development projects and challenging commercial, industrial and public works projects. He has developed expertise in performing traffic studies, geometric design, traffic signal design, and the processing of Caltrans encroachment permits.
Rob is an active member of APWA and ITE, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the High Desert Branch of APWA.
